Refund policy

Due to the research nature of our products:

• Returns are not accepted.

• Refunds are only issued if:

• A parcel is confirmed lost in transit

• Cancellation is requested before dispatch

• A product is confirmed defective upon receipt

If a parcel is returned due to:

• Incorrect address provided

• Delivery refusal

• Courier non-delivery

The parcel must first be received back at our facility before a refund or replacement is processed.
